Unmask the person calling from an unknown number

Unmask the person calling from an unknown number that you sometimes see in the list of callers. Probably you don’t take up or simply can’t take the phone when an unknown person calls you. But you would like to know who they are.

Here is how you can unmask them

The only requirement is that both, you and the unknown caller have WhatsApp installed on your smartphone. Thus it won’t work with big companies.

Add the unknown number to your WhatsApp contactlist. Give him the name: ‘stalker’ or ‘scumbag’, as it visible for yourself only. Then choose for “New Chat”, choose the unknown contact and tap some letters but of course don’t send them. From then you can see the person’s profile photo and WhatsAppname in question. A round of Facebook later, and you can unmask exactly who you were trying to reach.
